Refund policy

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items, with tags intact, within 7 days of order receipt for store credit, exchange, or refund. Returned items must be in salable condition. Any item marked down at 40% or more is considered final sale.  We do not accept returns of masks and beauty items. All international orders are considered final sale. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email at orders@rentrayage.com., within 7 days of order receipt. After 7 days of order receipt, all sales are final.

We will provide you with a shipping label for your return item.

Please note: An $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all returned orders. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process the return. Funds  may take up to 10 business days to show in your account.

Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
