Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We provide free domestic shipping on all orders totaling $250 or more! We currently ship from New York, rates for shipping will be made available at the checkout process.
All customers will receive a shipment confirmation email, tracking number and order receipt. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your purchase. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
We offer international shipping on the website. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes will be marked “bill to recipient” and will be due upon delivery. We are not responsible for international duty and taxes. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. No exceptions. All International orders are considered final sale, for special requests contact at orders@rentrayage.com.
International shipping, duty, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return/exchange. If you’re having trouble with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us at orders@rentrayage.com.
In the event of lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a claim with UPS. The replacement of the item or a refund will be case dependent on the resolution with UPS.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In the event of a damaged or defective item please email us with an attached image of the damage/defect. We will send a return label for the item. Based on availability we will send out a replacement, issue store credit or a refund.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged full price items, with tags intact, within 7 days of order receipt for store credit, exchange, or refund. Returned items must be in salable condition. All sales and marked down items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns of masks and beauty items. All international orders are considered final sale.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please email at orders@rentrayage.com., within 7 days of order receipt to let us know your intention to return the item and the reason for your return. Please note that we do not cover any costs associated with the return of goods. Return shipping must be made at owner’s expense and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee depending on the size and complexity of the return. Upon confirmation that your item is eligible for return and issuance of a Return Authorization (RA) number, kindly mail returns to our office at:
*If you would like us to issue you a shipping label for your return, reach out to orders@rentrayage.com and we can issue you a shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process the return. Funds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account.
Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
- Within 7 days of your order delivery, please email at orders@rentrayage.com. along with your order number in the subject line, reason for the return and request for an RA number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RA number.
- Write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
- Items must be received within 14 days of your RA issue date.
- Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your exchange, credit or refund in approximately 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Available store credit will be communicated to you via a unique client code that can be applied to your next order.
