Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized Studio Coordinator who can manage receiving materials, keeping the studio running smoothly, and managing daily logistics. This is a role for someone who enjoys both customer-facing retail and hands-on operational work behind the scenes. Previous experience is a plus. This job offers a 360 degree experience within the fashion and home industry with strong potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Receive all incoming shipments—including inventory, supplies, and materials
- Conduct quantity and quality checks; reconcile invoices and packing slips
- Organize stockrooms, track inventory levels, and communicate any shortages
- Help maintain an efficient system for storing and locating materials
Studio Manager Support
- Receive and log all packages delivered to the studio
- Unpack, sort, and distribute materials to the appropriate areas or team members
- Maintain overall studio cleanliness: organizing surfaces, tools, trims, and production supplies
- Monitor studio supply levels and reorder or flag needs as appropriate
- Help streamline workflows to ensure the studio runs smoothly day-to-day
Events
- Assist with planning and executing in-store and off-site events
- Support setup, breakdown, refreshments, materials, and guest flow
- Coordinate logistics and help ensure events run smoothly
E-Commerce & Shipping
- Oversee fulfillment personnel to ensure online orders are shipped correctly and in a timely manner.
Team Support
- Can fill in or assist sales associates during store business hours.
- Support founder/creative director with marketing and social media content.
Design and Wholesale Support
- Aid design team in coordinating new development samples
- Calendar and timeline awareness.
- Ship packages for wholesale orders and development needs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in fashion, retail, design, studio operations, or production is a major plus
- Family Management or Executive Assistant Experience
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing physical inventory
- Hands-on, reliable, proactive; comfortable juggling varied tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Positive demeanor able to interact with customers and the rest of the team.
- Growth mindset; excited to learn about the business and be a part of our team.
